The calculation for the ilvl of the crafted amulet is int(clvl of your character / 2) + int(ilvl of the amulet used to craft / 2) When we are crafting amulets we want +2skills and that is an ilvl 90 affix. I will be using the terms clvl ilvl mlvl and alvl etc, if you want to understand the explanations read about them here. Tldr be lvl82 for amulets from Baal, 86 for amulets from Diablo or Nihlithak, 93+ to gamble craft I have seen some people making good explanations but I think I can provide a perfectly complete yet concise breakdown of everything you need to know if you want to craft amulets.
